I was in it to $15k USD but bidding got strong quick from there. Pretty cool it's staying somewhat close to you. A great, USED, DRIVEN example. I would be very proud of that ownership

At the end of the day, it is only moving about 20 km away. Chances are I'll see it driving around. Noew owner is very excited about it. So all good.
500 k challenge boys! Let's see someone break it!!
That's awesome its staying in Canada! congrats on the sale. Hopefully the new owner will join us here

I think it was a fair price for both parties. My 2001 CDM with rusty quarters and 175kms sold for $23,500 CAD a few years ago. $20k USD ($25k CAD) sounds about right.

Thanks, I thought you were going to take there for a bit. My reserve was initially $23k. Kind of figured it wasn't going to make it and dropped it to $20 k with about 10 min left. Wasn't going lower than and had kind of given up before it went for the run at the endDc2-ProductionS wrote: Thu Nov 04, 2021 7:54 am I was in it to $15k USD but bidding got strong quick from there. Bought it for $24k CND in 2005, drove it for 380 km and sold it for $25 CND - pretty happy with that.

Talk about getting enjoyment out of a car and still making it out on top. Congrats!
