Bitanga has positioned a grille/potluck meet, but the details are TBD. I can share once they are finalized.

Many years ago (circa 1998-2001) I led the NorCal ITRCA with Harry Wong and would put on some massive ITR gatherings in the South Bay and Peninsula. At the peak I think we upwards of 65 ITR's attending. It was definitely a sight but also created A LOT of attention. So much so that getting permission to occupy certain locations was challenging due to liability involved. Plus the risk of theft or attracting thief's was also a major concern. As with all things, people moved on and the formal meetings stopped but several of us still get together occasionally.

That being said, I've contemplated holding an ITR gathering at our shop in San Jose. We have an in ground dyno for those that wish to get a baseline or a tune, and we have quite a few ITR's to display. Two pro touring cars, two drag cars, a mint show room car and a handful of street cars. We also probably have the largest database of Type R dynos in the country with easily upwards of 300+ unique cars. You could definitely say we've been an Integra Type R shop since day 1. :D

The biggest challenge is figuring out the timing.

98-0717 : Time Attack/SFWD drag car
98-0731 : Spa 24H & Speedvision/SPEED World Challenge Race Car
FTI-98-03 : Spa 24H & Belgian Procar - Manufacture World Champion

@redGSRguy, yeah i saw your car at raceworz! K Swapped on the Volks right? And yeah, I would be down for something like that. Would like to meet other ITR guys locally to me. We should get something planned, I might be able to get my father to take the cover off of his completely mint, all stock, 1 owner 97 R, and show it some day light if we plan something. He needs to drive it more than once a year!

I'm travel the next three weekends for work and then Type R Expo. Late September would be the earliest for me.

I'm always down. Let's get a roll call and decide what location is most convenient.
