Seller Comments:
thinking about selling my 2000 yellow on yellow Euro R
This is a one year only Switzerland model, only one in North America, probably.
Car is a cool mash up of parts from around the world.
It's essentially a JDM ITR (including engine and trans), but LHD, and with USDM front end, and a UK rear bumper. Of course badge a Honda.
I bought it out of Austria. Had a friend trailer it to the UK, put it in a container and onto a boat.
The car was owned by one family from new, have all books and keys, and a stack of service receipts from new.
Numbers matching motor.
Cannot legally import into the US. Car is located just north of Toronto Ontario. Can ship anywhere in Canada no prob
Get in touch and we can talk

Is there a reason it’s not the same as importing a CDM spec ITR? It’s still lhd.

I believe anything outside North America is subject to the 25 year rule regardless of LHD. We(Canada) have a similar ruling but only 15 years. I will continue to drool over this car. I would love to scoop this up.

The sellers asking price was $30K CAD($24K-ish USD) OBO

You should buy it. Plus it has the oem headlight adjusters, which I've never seen on an ITR. Must be a Swedish only thing.

Believe me, the want is real. Just have other stuff going on right now. Plus I kind of want a 1964 Impala SS. We'll see.

I feel you. I kind of want a Honda S600 that is mint and fully restored.

There's something about yellow on yellow that just does it for me.
