ITR 01-0304

Post by ITR_Wang » Sun Jan 14, 2018 3:11 pm

Hello guys, First time on any type of forums. Recently picked up a 2001 Integra Type R badge number 01-0304. Picked it up as a shell from a friend. Just wanted to share with everyone. The car has about 168k miles on the body. The previous owner sold the OG motor from it. I am the 5th owner. Here is how it looked when I first came and picked it up. Will try to update this as I do things to it.

Before picking up this shell, I had a 1995 Civic DX coupe that I had K swapped. Just a basic K20a2 swap with bolt-ons. Made 207hp/146tq.

I decided to pull out the swap and put it in the R. Image

Picked a brand new front bumper and fenders from Acura and also got lucky to find the original cluster from someone on Facebook.

Since I was K swapping the car, I wanted to keep it somewhat comfortable to daily I picked a PS and AC kits from the good people at Hybrid Racing.

I will try my best to update this as I go. Thanks guys!

Very nice! The R with K20 will be a blast.

What are the specs of the TE37?
Did you order a front bumper stiffener and bolts? I ordered a new one and took a month for Japan to send one to Canada
