My ITR is currently on lowering springs. I am looking to put it back to stock height. My question is, are GSR integra struts/ springs/ shocks the same? This may be a dumb question, but i just had to ask. thanks yall!

Unfortunately, no, they are not. The springs are less stiff and have a slightly higher ride height. The shocks are valved for the GSR springs, and the rears will not work with ITR LCAs.

The fronts will fit but have the issues above. The rears will require changing the LCAs to the non ITR version.

An easy button could be searching JDM resellers to get a complete user JDM ITR suspension setup. The spring rates and ride height are very similar to USDM, plus, the complete setup will allow for a "hot swap" at each corner.
