The badge popped up in the FB groups if anyone is looking for it.

I made a deal with the seller. I'll post here once I receive it. When we find out where ITR 00-1259 is, I will sell the badge at cost.

There was another post on the ITR parts only FB group with someone selling 2 more badges from year 2000 cars but had the last of the badge numbers blurred/painted over. That post was removed.
