Passenger side motor mount has to be cut to go K in a DC2, which means it had to be welded back on to return back to B, which is sketchy

All depends on who did it. This caR was done properly. Can’t really tell.

I have read stories of Bat sales falling apart. Sometimes the seller backs out but mostly buyers flake or demand further discounts.

Like eBay there is nothing legally binding to complete the sale. Buyer will lose their fee or in some cases refund the buyer if the seller backs out of the deal.

Bat doesn't want it known how many transaction don't actually complete.

Like the Supra nonsense. Wasn't there a R purchase that ended up with a huge mileage discrepancy that fell through?

Might've been the one I tried to purchase. A CDM 1998 that had about 40k more miles after a Canadian Auto Check was run by me after sale. My fee was refunded and received an apology letter from BAT.

Hindsight is def 20/20 though, I wish I'd purchased it for the $3800 i had won it for.
