Can you help me find this on the parts diagram, or is this something that is part of the latch assembly or surrounds the key cylinder? I want to see if it's still available as a separate part.

That looks like something that might be able to be improved upon (strength/design-wise) and 3d printed - what do you think? I can take some time to dimension that part from my own car if you think it's worth it. I've been trying to dimension any little easy parts like that that I come across that aren't available any more as an exercise in design and modeling and also as a service to the community.

That piece is inside of #25 in your picture.
Im sure being able to 3d print that piece would be beneficial to most.I would say being able to make a piece like that in the oem hardness would be fine.
Even though I am going to try to fix the piece and put the unit back together I added the new part #25 to my Acura order since its still available. Some of the other electronics back their are not available anymore.
