Chin's prices don't really change with the season. It'll be normal Chin expensive. However the extra is usually worth it for the quality of track time as mentioned by @coolhandluke above. Chin and Expo are about the only two events that I'm not annoyed by idiot drivers at least once a session.

I agree, the quality of drivers (ie track time) and amount/length of track time make Chin worth the extra dollars.

For anyone on the fence, Watkins Glen is an absolutely wonderful track. I highly doubt I'll have my ITR but the track is very very worth the drive.
