A new intermediate shaft might be worth a shot if you're positive your using the right axle seal. Hmo has shafts for like $50. I had a similar issue but was due to getting the wrong axle seal sent to me, probably for a 36mm axle. The ID was too large and leaked trans fluid. Swapped out for the right...

Hmotors probably has a bunch of itr exhausts. I would try them first.
