I know moog has the tie rod sets available and HardRace makes an OE set but seems to be sold out. As far as the front upper control arms this site is still showing available.

I recently picked up a 96 Spec JDM Type R and have been buying OEM bushings/End Links from the two sites below as they still have them in stock for Type Rs. I've been able to get most parts needed.
